“I have been working with Lansford for well over a year on a Field Service Management implementation project for our company’s new Device as a Service offering. Lansford has been an instrumental part of the project team which has enabled us to tailor what is a relatively immature product from ServiceNow into a product that will enable our organisation to transition to a global service provider for Field and Lifecycle services. Lansford joined the team as a Senior Technical Consultant and has been a constant in the team throughout its growth from a team of 4 developers to a team of 11. In addition to supporting the requirements capture and development of some of the business’ most complex requirements, Lansford has also supported the more junior technical consultants in onboarding to the platform so as to maximise our development output. Lansford has also taken the lead on some of our most complex and widest impacting development themes including that of Domain Separation; an implementation which has impacted the way of working for all development teams working on the platform. Despite the complexity and high stakeholder management required, Lansford has risen to the task and supported all developers in understanding the impact and coaching them through new ways of working. I’d highly recommend Lansford for any future engagement. He is an incredibly competent Technical Consultant and excellent team player; he is highly valued in his current role with Computacenter.”
